Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your product if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Note: We do not accept returns for products due to change of mind or incompatibility not confirmed with our team before purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Software and licenses
- Items with physical damage not reported at delivery
- Products with missing accessories or original packaging
- Clearance or sale items
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue (photos if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued via mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfer, or store credit, depending on your preference.
- Refund processing takes *3–5 business days*after approval.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product category and must meet the same eligibility criteria.
- If the desired item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be offered.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For eligible returns, we may arrange free pick-up within Nairobi.
