We offer delivery across *Kenya, with special arrangements for customers within Nairobi.

Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: Same-day or next-day delivery available.
Outside Nairobi: 1–3 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

Delivery Methods

We use trusted local couriers and riders for prompt and secure delivery.

Same-Day Delivery (within Nairobi): Orders placed before 4 PM
Next-Day Delivery (within Nairobi): Orders placed after 4 PM
Upcountry Deliveries: Handled via third-party logistics (e.g., G4S, Fargo, or Wells Fargo)

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size.

Nairobi CBD Deliveries: KES 100 – KES 300
Outside Nairobi: Varies by courier (typically KES 300 – KES 1000+)
Large Items: May attract additional delivery charges depending on size and weight

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM).
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking & Updates

We will send delivery updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
For upcountry deliveries, a tracking number or Waybill number will be shared once dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Please contact us immediately if:

Your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time.
The item arrives damaged or with visible tampering.

We’ll work quickly to resolve any delivery issues.
